仕様・組織 がヤバいと思ったら、ボトムアップでストップ・ザ・ラインしないと、
DecSecOps で 世界規模の災害を与えた会社や、セブン・ペイとかみたいになっちゃう
尊厳を持って仕事をするのは難しい
おおむね同意だけどアジャイルには別の特性もあって、スプリント間には絶対に新しい仕様を入れないという前提の元で、特定の仕様が一定期間に完成する確度を高めることができる。

あとたぶん「運用保守」の中身もみんな違いそう。アラート出て電話でエスカレするだけの電話番から〜DecSecOps、SREくらいまで認識違いそう…

未経験エンジニアの人は運用保守から地道にステップアップしてきてください、そんなに甘くないですというポストを見かけたんだけど、いくら何でもポジショントークが過ぎますね。それにぶっちゃけ運用保守が簡単であるかのような言い方も違和感。急な障害対応とか新人にさばけるとは思えません。
