It is good that they are pro-Jew, and I am pro-Albanian, and us being pro-Albanians and them being pro-Jews sets the scenery for a very healthy alliance between our states.

Yeah these people don't understand finance. This is perfectly fine. If you're going to stay in your home, you're basically just locking in value.
Toronto/Vancouver won't get a 30% cut from today's prices.

yeah but i don’t care. i bought a house so that i have a place to live, not because i think it will go up in value. my rent was 4k/mo and now my mortgage is 4k/mo.
