A point worth revisiting in defii is how much responsibility still ends up on the user
“trustless” mostly means the responsibility moved from institutions to users
@ConcreteXYZ explained this idea really well
> your seed phrase? that responsibility belongs entirely to you now
> that random dapp connected? you’re the one managing the risk
One careless infinite approval signature can matter more than people expect
A lot of us entered crypto imagining complete financial freedom, but the tradeoff is learning how to handle security, custody and risk ourselves
That’s still part of the process
The space keeps evolving, but personal responsibility remains one of the biggest layers of defi infrastructure
