Definitely not feeling "racially profiled" (also that doesn't mean what you seem to think it does) by someone saying "Dear white people"; I'm really not feeling anything from that phrase. Arresting people who did nothing wrong bothers me though.

Because white folks, like me, are the audience he is speaking to, the group most likely to instigate such a public show of racism, and the group whose change in deeply ingrained cultural bias would make the greatest benefit for all US society, as the biggest proportion

Because, speaking as a white person, white people are the problem. Stop blaming people being oppressed for their oppression. Start getting angry at the racist white people for painting you with the brush of their racism.
