أداء الاستثمار الجريء في المنطقة العربية في شهر ديسمبر 2025 - عدد الصفقات المعلنة: 34 صفقة، بنسبة نمو 26% على شهري، وانخفاض بنسبة 24% على أساس سنوي. - إجمالي قيمة الصفقات المعلنة: 379 مليون دولار، بنسبة نمو 314% على أساس شهري و 120% على أساس سنوي. - إجمالي قيمة صفقات الاستثمار الجريء في 2025: 3.7 مليار دولار توزيع صفقات التمويل حسب القطاعات: 1- التقنية المالية: استحوذ قطاع التقنية المالية على أكبر حصة بعدد الصفقات وإجمالي قيمة الصفقات، بلغت عدد الصفقات 5 صفقات وبإجمالي 223 مليون دولار مدفوعة بصفقة استثمار النمو لشركة Premialab بقيمة 220 مليون $. 2- الأمن السيبراني: شهد شهر ديسمبر صفقتين بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 63 مليون دولار ( شركة DSShield بقيمة 54 مليون دولار، و شركة COGNNA بقيمة 9.2 مليون دولار). التوزيع الجغرافي لصفقات الاستثمار الجريء: - عدد صفقات الاستثمار الجريء: استحوذت الشركات الناشئة السعودية على النصيب الأكبر من عدد صفقات الاستثمار الجريء بإجمالي 18 صفقة وبنسبة 53% من إجمالي الصفقات في شهر ديسمبر في المنطقة العربية. -إجمالي قيمة صفقات الاستثمار الجريء: حصدت الشركات الناشئة الإماراتية على الحصة الأكبر بإجمالي 234 مليون دولار، مدفوعة بجولة تمويل Premialab، و بنسبة 62% من إجمالي قيمة الصفقات في المنطقة. إحصائيات جولة ماقبل البذرة: - متوسط قيمة جولة ما قبل البذرة: 1.6 مليون دولار - وسيط قيمة جولة ما قبل البذرة: 2.1 مليون دولار أبرز صفقة استثمار صفقة استثمار النمو بقيمة 220 مليون دولار، الأكبر في شهر ديسمبر، في شركة حلول البيانات للاستثمار الكمي Premialab، مقرها الرئيسي الإمارات، بقيادة شركة الاستثمار العالمية KKR إلى جانب شركة الاستثمار الجريء العالمية والمستثمر الحالي Balderton. أنشط المستثمرين من المنطقة شركة ميراك كابيتال: حيث استثمرت 54 مليون دولار في شركة الأمن السيبراني DSShield، و شاركت في جولة تمويل امتداد البذرة لشركة التقنية الزراعية "نبت" بقيمة 3.4 مليون دولار، واستثمرت لجولة تمويل ما قبل البذرة في شركة الألعاب الإلكترونية Qwacks بقيمة 480 ألف دولار.
