Most people train cardio wrong. They think “harder = better.” That’s why they burn out fast and don’t build real endurance.

DestrezaはRivenを温め続けてるくらいには愛着があるのでインカーノン化は嬉しい。ただ、Prime化もされず存在が薄くなっているEnduraにもスポットライトを当ててほしいとも思う。

You don't need a Cave or a desert or a prison (nesecerly) It's a state of aloneness, wilderness, test of endurance, trust in daily manna Something like being faithfull to a 'dead end' job or 'frustrating' business for a unkown period untill God guides you onto 'promised land'

Random fact: My dad was perhaps the best engineer applied materials ever had. In fact - he invented the Endura (their most successful product). He was never a businessman and never cared about stocks - he just wanted to build great products. As an employee, he never owned any of his patents, of course. He had a good run, but the stock didn’t start to really spike under after he left. I’m proud that he helped build the foundation of what the company later became.
My dad joined Applied Materials in 1988. He worked day and night, came up with lots of patents that remain pivotal to some of the company’s main products, and was one of the engineers that made it great. He had a good run, and retired in 2012 - as many others joined what they thought was a mature company with a steady paycheck and a boring stock. Sometimes life is just about timing.

El mío es un 1.3 Endura E, de 60 poderosos caballos y sorprende lo bien que va en carretera nacional para tener tan poca potencia, el motor inmortal también te digo

Fun fact - Intel didn't utilize the Endura over the years (only until recently), due to their strict "copy exact" rules. It's one of the main reasons why they lost their lead in the node race. Funny, I worked with the Endura for many decades and now I own strip malls.

Fun story: When the engineering team at Applied built one of the critical components within the Endura machine, my dad took home the prototype. I was a kid, and he gave us this metal contraption, and told my brother and me to play with it and try to break it. It broke, and he took it back to work: "My kids were able to break this, please re-build it stronger"
I cannot express how much “my dad worked at Applied Materials” is understated when he invented Endura
