The 3D digital space is a very important tool and has lots of usecases in several areas such as gaming, VR,etc.
Albeit, it has one major bottleneck; 3D contents are painfully slow and expensive to produce. 3D artists often spend several hours struggling to create their models and move from ideation to implementation. Even big studios like Ubisoft and Rockstar are not left out of this despite the armies of designers working for them.
And that raises an important question: Why not allow AI to have the ability to come up with 3Dmodels? This is of course not an easytask because the AI has to be trained to come up with good 3D models which are quite complex than the usual plain drawings. The bittensor Subnet 17 is a decentralized text-to-3D AI subnet committed to ensuring this and opening up the 3D world to everyone by running a permissionless network of miners and validators that continually generate and validate AI-created 3D assets.
On the 404-GEN network:
