This song is so good, but it also was overplayed on the radio a lot, to the point that it became cool to *loathe* Cake so much that they are the only headlining band I ever saw get fully booed/bottle-pelted off the main stage at Edgefest (it took less than 5 minutes!)
the line βi want a girl with a short skirt and a looooongβ¦. jacketβ reads like itβs trying to set up for an innuendo that it then subverts, but i canβt think of any sexual feature of a woman that could sub in for βjacketβ, unless the guys from cake are way cooler than i thought

Psychological horror done right is prob the highest level fiction can reach cuz of stuff like taking existentialism and fragility of oneβs self most seriously,but it also has the most valleys cuz 99% of those who think can do it actually cant and just up producing circus edgefest

No, this anime has an abnormal amount of cringe. Itβs supposed to be an edgefest or some shi. Out of all the recent popular animeβs in the last 10 years only tokyo revengers can compete with its cringness.
