Luke , i don’t need MUSCLE … i’m happy the way i look …. i don’t care what people say or think about my body , i hate gyms , they smell and it’s just so uncomfortable.. plus i don’t want to have to eat more protein if i have muscle ……..i’m happy the way o am , our grandparents didn’t care about muscle ….. and it goes on and on … BUT .. it’s not what you believe in or what you want and don’t want … it’s about what YOUR BODY NEEDS …. Remember this when it comes to muscle and your goals and vision EMFP EMFP EMFP You need muscle , your body and life needs it for E - endocrine system and health - blood sugar levels , insulin resistance , hormones , glucose uptake etc etc . M - Movement —- without muscle there can be no proper movement … want movement now and later in love ? you need muscle F - Force —- you need muscle to ester force , strength , lift, open bottles , get up , sir down , etc P - Posture —— you need muscle for posture and stability … you need that for day to day life and a quality life EMFP Muscle is not a choice , it’s part of the human frame and spectrum … Wake up India 🇮🇳

Being pro military also comes with being or military families. How are service members supposed to focus on the mission in front of them when the DoD does things like cut respite care hours for EMFP families? So many families, mine included, used every hour & you took that away
