I just messaged and reuploaded the file again. PLEASE can someone sensible read it. It clearly shows my correct address. Once they have read it they can send a SECURE MESSAGE on the extranet saying KYP is completed. No more template answers or messages please.
I called them (on a free line) but they want to call me back which costs me 2EUR/min to receive as I am travelling. They refuse to sort out the problem their end which should be easy and send me a secure message on the Extranet. THIS IS SO INFURIATING!!!!

I have tried extranet but your agents just say the same thing over and over with no regard to my replies or the fact that my address is not mispelled. It is like speaking to a brick wall. Hours spent and zero progress.
