I managed to avoid all of these traps this cycle. I definitely know things I could’ve done better of course.
Now, I’m looking to get better at broader markets (instead of just crypto) and build a better foundational portfolio, so I joined FinTap 🫡

law.com/radar/card/newyork-m… did a little digging and found this suit was filed a few weeks ago - perhaps SSG was heavily overleveraged, as fintap generally operates by providing funding in exchange for a % of future revenue, regardless of creditworthiness, unlike traditional lenders.
