That’s because British people’s dinner are massive and mostly loaded with carbs. Most Spanish people eat dinner after 8 or 9pm and not so many fat people over there. But they prioritise vegetables and lean meats or fishfor dinner having a heavier lunch instead.

Travels With My Mother. So 93, at home and bored. On the 📞 I suggest we pick a fantasy lunch destination with private jet and no physical impediments. So today Beryl is going to Madeira, choosing fishfor lunch, and then roaring down a hilly cobbled street on a toboggan!!!!
