Mini Workouts at Home: Are They Worth It?
Most of us struggle with a lack of time when it comes to exercising. Yes, I completely agree — when you have work obligations, kids to care for, household chores, and so on, it can be tough to set aside a lot of time for physical activity. For example, going to the gym can take more than two hours — 1 hour for the workout, and 30 minutes each for the commute and showering, changing clothes, etc. Of course, not everyone can find that much time.
However, there is an alternative way to stay active. All you need is two dumbbells. The idea is that instead of working out three times a week for one hour at the gym, you can work out at home 5-6 days a week for 20-25 minutes. Anyone can find that amount of time, especially since there’s no need to spend time commuting.
I think this is a great idea, perfect for busy people.
