私の好きな(けど使ってはいないw)F#も、AI/ML/DS分野でのPython代替目的での利用促進を図ろうとして言語開発のコアチームに近い方々も含めて一時期は結構頑張ってたようなんですが、残念ながら全くと言っていい程普及はしてませんね。
一応、こんなサイト(FsLab)はあります。

F#コミュニティでは、F# Data Science CommunityのためのサイトFsLab等により、F#をPythonの代替言語として扱えるよう本気で取り組んでいるようです。その取り組みにどれだけの実現性、現実味があるのかは別として、面白い方向性だと思います。
