He has improved a lot but it's outrageous to say he has the same ceiling as Hardik's. The raw talent Hardik has (I'm not talking about performances just pure attributes) in both batting and bowling is very rare especially in India where fast 140 bowling allrounders are rarely seen. He can swing upfront, can HTD in the middle, has a great bouncer, tactically smart (mostly). His batting prowess has reduced in recent years but if we're talking about peak Pandya then it's a different story
