Can't do serial (CDC) though over low-speed. You'll have to use another mechanism, like webhid. Though you may want to consider just flashing the rv003usb bootloader on.
Dormant project now. I'll revisit it when I have time. Have some super low cost instruments I want to build with it, especially since Charles has managed bit banged USB on it.
