जब आप शिक्षकों को माफिया बोलोगे तो देश में क्रांति कैसे आएगी। देश में कोचिंग उद्योग के लिए सिर्फ और सिर्फ सरकार जिम्मेदार है और कोई नहीं। 100% नंबर 12th में लाने वाले छात्र भी IIT exam को पास कर नहीं सकता आगे वो कोचिंग न जाए, 12th के सिलेबस से 1% भी iit exam में नहीं आता।

1/2 Agree and disagree. Stayed in europe 6 years, 5 years in US.. returned in early 2000s settled. Very happy..able to take care of parents. No quality education, higher education unless goes to IIT. Zero retirement benefits. Healthcare can destroy can bankrupt. [CONTD]

इनका नाम ज्योति बंसल है। उनका जन्म 1977 में राजस्थान में हुआ था। उन्होंने IIT दिल्ली से कंप्यूटर साइंस की पढ़ाई की। साल 2000 में, लगभग 22 वर्ष की उम्र में, वे कुछ सौ डॉलर और H-1B वीज़ा लेकर अमेरिका चले गए। उनका सपना था अपनी कंपनी बनाना। लेकिन वे ऐसा नहीं कर सकते थे। H-1B वीज़ा उन्हें किसी कंपनी में नौकरी करने की अनुमति देता था, लेकिन अपनी कंपनी शुरू करने और लोगों को नौकरी देने की नहीं। इसलिए उन्होंने दूसरे लोगों की कंपनियों में इंजीनियर के रूप में काम किया और अपने इमिग्रेशन स्टेटस बदलने का इंतज़ार किया। उन्होंने सात साल इंतज़ार किया। ग्रीन कार्ड मिलने के बाद उन्होंने वही किया, जो वे शुरू से करना चाहते थे। 2008 में उन्होंने AppDynamics नाम की एक सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी की स्थापना की। समय आसान नहीं था। करीब 30 वेंचर कैपिटल निवेशकों ने उन्हें ठुकरा दिया। कंपनी शुरू होने के कुछ ही महीनों बाद वैश्विक आर्थिक मंदी आ गई। फिर भी वे डटे रहे। AppDynamics ने ऐसा सॉफ्टवेयर बनाया जो बड़ी कंपनियों को उनके एप्लिकेशन में आने वाली समस्याओं का पता लगाने और उन्हें बड़े नुकसान में बदलने से पहले ठीक करने में मदद करता था। कंपनी तेजी से बढ़ी। जनवरी 2017 में AppDynamics शेयर बाजार में सूचीबद्ध होने की तैयारी कर रही थी। IPO से सिर्फ एक दिन पहले, Cisco ने कंपनी को 3.7 अरब डॉलर में खरीद लिया। जिस इंजीनियर को अपनी कंपनी शुरू करने की अनुमति पाने के लिए सात साल इंतज़ार करना पड़ा था, उसने अरबों डॉलर की कंपनी खड़ी कर दी। लेकिन कहानी यहीं खत्म नहीं हुई। इसके बाद उन्होंने कई और कंपनियां शुरू कीं, जिनमें से एक ने भी कई अरब डॉलर का मूल्यांकन हासिल किया। अध्ययनों के अनुसार, अमेरिका के आधे से अधिक अरब-डॉलर स्टार्टअप्स की स्थापना प्रवासियों ने की है। ज्योति बंसल भी उनमें से एक बन सकते थे, लेकिन उन्हें इसकी शुरुआत करने के लिए सात साल तक कानूनी इंतज़ार करना पड़ा। और जब मौका मिला, तो उन्होंने यह उपलब्धि सिर्फ एक बार नहीं, बल्कि कई बार हासिल की। ऐसी कहानियां भारत को याद रखनी चाहिए।
