Some random Interfaces I’ve used that I can personally recommend off the top of my head :)
Behringer UMC404HD - 4 inputs, clean preamps, basic as hell but packed with features and survived my entire audio rack falling over. Love this little beast and miss it ever so much 😭 latest xp drivers are the goat. Don’t be scared of Behringer! The inserts section is SICK and awesome to have. Decided to upgrade and wish they had something this feature packed with DSP.
Maudios mtrack solo - imo, a slight upgrade to the um2 but not different enough to be noticeable :) clean sounding pre, goes on sale for under 50 sometimes. Pretty standard in a good way!
Revelator io24 (current one!) - a little finicky and can only be gotten used now but I love the presonus ecosystem and the 1176/2a dsp that’s built in :) does everything I need as a singer and a streamer! 2 inputs - one for my streamer mic and one for my singing one ~
Audient ID4 mk1 and 2 - ran the sm7b like a champ and just sounds a w e s o m e. The knobs do some pretty neat tricks too that someone who mixes would appreciate
Evo 8 - my friends and I use this to play YARG at his house LOL
That being said, my opinion is that interfaces all sound pretty damn good/clean nowadays. So below a certain price point: features > sound. I think auditioning and picking a mic that suits your voice whether it’s xlr or usb might be a better way to spend your money :)
