Powerwalls 3 Are good, and in portugal they are a good fit because you have probably a Single phase installation. Similar to spain. (230V)
FoxESS is just a bit more price competitive but I assume you are not too price sensitive. So Tesla is a good call.
You can stack three PW3s and the software is probably the best / easier to use.
as a ballpark, for a house of your size (I assume is a nice house) you can plan for 10kWh day without pushing too much the AC. If you have a small AC only for the bedroom you could probably run that too as it's around 700W.
The only gripe I have with Tesla is they discontinue too fast support for old products, PowerWalls 2 were installed up to November last year and good luck getting hardware to mount them now. (Imagine you want to change the location of the batteries in a renovation)
Also in regards to mounting panels if you are not too price sensitive there are very nice in-roof installs that look quite seamless, depending on your roof type. (GSE Inroof, but you need to get a good roofer)
If not, car shade on sheet metal roof and panels over it is great, fast to install, and sometimes cheaper to build the car shade than install in tile roofs.
