Because we are trending toward greater introversion as a society. I honestly feel bad for zoomer guys, most have probably never even seen an example of a guy that’s confident in himself and can comfortably engage with women, so they lack even a mental reference for it
why is the dating pool full of men who are so shy and awkward

introversion is inherently selfish. you think extraverts actually want to do the heavy lifting in every room? we just don’t make opting out our whole personality
a lot of socializing involves performative interest and i simply do not give a shit

I'm a fan so far. I am totally on board with introversion in sports! The pride in the country is so refreshing. And, he is really good.

Introversion is a good thing, it will give humanity to look within itself and cure the rot

The Rorschach test is a very appropriate example of how people project their unconscious and conscious thoughts, fears, desires, taboos, into external reality. Depending upon multiple factors within the person including traumatic experiences, intelligence level, personality factors (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion vs introversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism), morals, sociocultural beliefs, socioeconomic factors, etc. people can arrive at cognitive distortions with some people having quite substantial distortions and others less so. The human psyche is much like a hologram although Freud and Jung described it topographically as a useful model. When these are combined with decades of social programming and conditioning (aka brainwashing, indoctrination, propaganda, lies, deception, misinformation, disinformation) used by government projects such as MKUltra, to give one example, and with pseudoscience such as critical race theory and DEI movements, the infusion into universities, schools, institutions, organizations, the judiciary and legal system, and the enormous lies and half truths which the mainstream media has been disseminating for over 70 years, it should not come as any surprise that we are at a point in time where there are two completely versions of reality. It should not come as a surprise that one is antithetical to objective reality and the other is subjective, the latter not based on empirical facts, rather on opinions based on personal beliefs, many which are used to erase cognitive dissonance.

If you’re confident around people you trust… but freeze around strangers… that might not be introversion.

If you know exactly what you want to say… but your heart starts racing when it’s time to say it… that might not be introversion.

Introversion isn’t the fear of speaking It’s the preference for solitude to recharge, but that doesn’t stop you from expending energy when you’re outside Introverts recharge in silence while fearful people burn energy on anxiety

My thoughts on introversion & extraversion:

introversion has nothing to do with having rigid planning and hyper fixations

Souffrir de solitude ≠ introversion Tu peux essayer de rejoindre des clubs ou assos de randonnée si tu aimes marcher, il y en a dans tt les départements.
