Rib shaped resembling boobs for bug people and iterators but not actual boobs. That's a design I like to do

Just refactored my Node.js auth middleware to use async iterators instead of callbacks. Code went from 60 lines → 28 lines and it's actually readable now. Small win but I'll take it

Make sure to watch out for rot when exploring infested iterators for the first time, especially when they're curious to make you the one consuming. This is gonna be a long cycle... 🎨SpiritOfFeasts on bsky

Building on that: Aisling gives you embeddable terminal effects (Wipe, etc.) and loaders (Tqdm-style) as iterators of styled `Frame`s. Render them with Ratatui, Crossterm, ANSI, or custom backends. Add it: `cargo add aisling` Basic effect: ```rust use aisling::{Effect, EffectKind}; let frames = Effect::new(EffectKind::Wipe, "Hello!").frames(); for f in frames { println!("{}", f.to_plain_string()); } ``` Loaders: ```rust use aisling::{Loader, LoaderKind}; let line = Loader::new(LoaderKind::Tqdm).line(0, 0.42); ``` Full API configs at docs.rs/aisling. Clean way to polish CLIs!

In fact, Iterators r likely made up mostly/entirely of individually self sustaining bio components that don’t rely on the rest of the system to live. Which is probably a big part of why they’re so hard to kill & why Moon isn’t just straight up dead after being comatose so long.
I’ve always wondered how iterators got nutrients for their biological parts…I genuinely think they photosynthesize. It doesn’t exactly have to be(& probably isn’t)photosynthesis, but something similar that is still applicable to Moon post collapse.

To clarify, I mean of the bio components, most or possibly all of them r individually self-sustaining. Not that Iterators r mostly made up of bio components. I thought that might be confusing
