The Grammys is an American award show. K-pop, J-pop, C-pop, nor any other Asian music sub-genre is main stream here. Yet, Grammys are still giving them acknowledgment by creating an entire category. Just like the Latin & African categories. I don’t understand the outrage.
Not to mention, the KMAs nor MAMAs cater to the successful western artist that are also in their countries. So…
