Taking a break from social media is wise medicine for the mind, body, and soul right now, I feel you. Prayer and reflection have helped me tremendously lately. It reminded me to trust in the One who is truly in control, rather than leaning extensively on our own understanding of personalities and fast-moving events. We could easily be missing the bigger picture on what looks like Trump caving or betraying his own strong stance on Iran and friendship with Israel. With that in mind, I told myself: it is a Memorandum of Understanding, a temporary framework, not a final deal.
