The busiest weekend of the winter season so far with athletes at:
EA U15/U17/U20 indoor champs - Sheffield
Manchester Indoor - Sportcity
Cross Challenge - Parliament Hill
L&D XC champs - Clarkes Gardens
MACCL - Heaton Park
Another busy weekend for our athletes.
EA U20, U17 & U15 champs, including para events, take place in Sheffield.
Cross challenge is in Leeds and then we have MACCL and Mid Lancs XC.
From my point of view and with national xc coming up at the end of the month, plus lots of other races, maybe it's best to end the maccl season now.woukd save loads of messing about so late in the season.
Sadly we did not see you all on Saturday but we look forward to seeing you at Tatton Park in the New Year...Saturday 13th January.
Good luck in your respective County Champs.
Have a fabulous Christmas and a healthy & fun packed 2024!
The MACCL Team.
We are looking forward to seeing friends old and new, for Match One of the new MACCL Season @ Heaton Park. Don't forget that we have U11s running for the first time at M1. 12.00 start.
Your Team Managers will pick up your race numbers from The MACCL tent.

Congratulations to Alison Hartopp (Macc Harriers) and one of our MACCL starters!
What do you do when there are no Manchester Area CC fixtures? Nip to London and start a couple of races at the Diamond League.
Many congratulations to the Dragons women teams whose amazing performances in the Manchester Area Cross Country League were rewarded with medals at the MACCL awards last night 👏🐉
