European unstealthy aircraft could be fitted with Leonardo BriteStorm & Leonardo MAPPS, which would make them extremely hard to shoot down. Plus IRIS-T can shoot down incoming missiles from what I've read.

You ignored what I wrote about an inherently low IR signature, and designing the gondola/weapons bay in a stealthy shape & covering it with RAM. That's good passive stealth before even adding BriteStorm & MAPPS.
