There is a difference between "obliterated" and "removed".
The US struck three main sites in a ~25-minute window:
Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant (near Qom): Deeply buried underground mountain facility for uranium enrichment. Primary target. Hit with GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrators (MOPs, or "bunker busters") — the largest conventional bomb in the US arsenal, ~30,000 lbs each, dropped by B-2 Spirit stealth bombers. This was the first combat use of the MOP.
Natanz Nuclear Facility (main enrichment site southeast of Tehran): Above-ground and underground halls. Targeted with MOPs from B-2s and other precision weapons.
Isfahan (Esfahan) Nuclear Technology Center: Involved uranium conversion, fuel fabrication, and storage. Primarily hit with Tomahawk cruise missiles launched from a US submarine (surface-level damage, as deeper sections were harder to reach).
There was never any claim about "removed".
