WEATHER/OUTAGE UPDATE (9:25 AM): The Flash Flood Warning issued by the (TAG) National Weather Service remains in effect for our service area until 10:45 a.m. Heavy rainfall continues to create hazardous travel conditions across the region, and drivers are encouraged to avoid flooded roadways and use extreme caution near low-water crossings, rivers, and creeks. Turn Around, Don't Drown!
Currently, 69 weather-related outages are affecting approximately 8,304 customers across the CPS Energy service area, with the largest outages being in the 78249, 78253, and 78252 zip codes.
Our crews are actively responding and working to restore power to impacted customers safely. Flooded roads, high water, and hazardous conditions may limit access to some locations and could result in extended restoration times. Crew safety remains our top priority as teams respond to outages across the service area.
SAFETY REMINDERS:
🛑 Remember to #MoveOver or #SlowDown if you see our crews out on the road. It's the LAW!
⚠️ Do NOT go near or drive over a downed power line. Always treat it as LIVE.
🚨 Report downed power lines immediately by calling 210-353-HELP (4357).

WEATHER/OUTAGE UPDATE (6 AM): The @NWSSanAntonio has issued a Flash Flood Warning for our service area until 10:45 a.m. today (06/15). As the NWS advises, know your route to a safe location if flooding occurs and use extreme caution near low-water crossings, rivers, and creeks. Turn Around, Don't Drown!
As a result, our CPS Energy customer walk-in centers will delay opening until noon today.
Currently, 10 weather-related outages are affecting approximately 126 customers. Our crews are working to restore power; however, flooded roads and hazardous conditions may limit their access and delay our restoration efforts. Crew safety remains our top priority as they respond to weather-related outages across the service area.
