Explore the multitrack for the my previously unreleased recording of the Beatles’ “Here, There and Everywhere,” which was recorded with Billy Strange during the Nancy album sessions. I wasn’t trying to make any bold statements, nor was I trying to compete or outdo the Beatles’ version. I just loved the song and decided to try it. In the end, the song didn’t make the cut. I recorded nonstop in the ‘60s. Some songs stayed, some were set aside. “Here, There and Everywhere” was long forgotten and unheard for almost 60 years, until Hunter Lea recently discovered it in an unmarked box in the vault. Enough for a macbook that can handle logic pro and multitrack recording. I think it’s about $1200 for a M3 pro chip used in meh condition. My current mac(2013) started corrupting my saves for my music and drum stuff I have been working on. You know it’s always something lol

It has not embraced synthesizers, multitrack recording, digital effects and editing like all other recorded forms of music. But audiences are hearing what they think are orchestras in soundtracks all the time that are actually produced digitally. Even some productions with the budget for real orchestras cheat by editing in digital fixes and synthesizers, they just don't tell anyone. In a way this comes down to the discussion around Switched-In Bach: is this classical? is it valid? And since that was one of the best selling records ever, I'd say audiences have long since declared they are ready to consider as "Classical" far more than the institutions and labels are. Music is largely, like 99.5% largely, made for speakers and headphones now. And it has been for a long time.

Because they basically invented modern multitrack music production When the song Good Vibrations hit, no one had ever heard anything so clear. Their stuff may sound saccharine but it was the blueprint for most of what followed I say this as someone who truly does not enjoy them
