i didn’t get a fat airdrop either. end of the day it’s all about perception. if you can make people believe you’re doing something big even if you’re not, there will always be money flowing your way. (like you said some NFT projects did that and got rewarded)
meanwhile the ones actually trying to build something real, putting out quality work and long-term vision etc
they usually get overlooked
NFTea space was basically built to market benja and his circle. the foundation also leaned heavily into perception and bought into the hype they believed chog could bring external attention and users to the chain but no single person can carry or “save” a chain on their own
honestly, i don’t think it changes much going forward
