I think AI agent governance is the make-or-break for agentic AI.
This is nothing new, though. In old school IT, IT governance was also very crucial.
Today though, it is said that enterprises are seeing 40% of projects at risk of rollback due to missing governance controls.
In my cybersecurity view, this includes identity, runtime policies, audit trails, kill switches, & accountability chains.
For example,
@Microsoft’s new toolkit plus open frameworks are stepping up, but the real gap is operational.
It means that AI agents act, so governance must too.
For SA/BRICS builders & founders, build governed agents from day one. Sovereign stacks need sovereign guardrails.
Don’t ship autonomy without oversight.
