केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्रालय,नौकरशाही नहीं चाहती की CAPF जवानों को OPS मिले। न ही चाहते हैं कि उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा OGAS,NFFU दिया जाए और IPS deputation तय समय सीमा में कम की जाए इसके लिए बिल लाकर कोर्ट के निर्णय को निरस्त कर दिया। काल जिसमें संवैधानिक मूल्यों की मर्यादा नहीं है ।
