CONGRESS | #EHA2026 | POSTER Yi Luo presents findings from a retrospective study evaluating outcomes in patients with SR-#cGvHD and ocular involvement treated with belumosudil. A total of 28 patients completed both baseline and 6-month assessments. At 6 months, the oGvHD severity score improved in 53.6% of patients. OSDI improved in 64.8% and objective signs also showed improvement from baseline: CFS decreased from 4 to 3, TBUT increased from 1.00 s to 2.00 s, and ST improved from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm. A greater benefit was observed in the 43.6% of patients who achieved systemic ORR at 6 months. In this subgroup, the oGvHD severity score improved in 66.7% of patients and 80.0% reported improved OSDI. Objective signs also improved in this subgroup.
