Thanks for covering this. We’re starting with tomatoes because it’s a real-world, high-volume supply chain. The goal is transparency for consumers verifiable claims from field to fork, using Cardano infrastructure

In my opinion, more than DeFi, providing services like tracking and transparency to for example the food industry is exactly what Cardano was made for

OpenFoodChain and Kraft Heinz are matching the funding request themselves, That definitely shows a strong commitment. Seems like partnering with a multinational like Kraft Heinz could validate Cardano's blockchain for enterprise-level supply chain tracking.

great collaboration with a huge brand, building in open source - there is a lot going on on Cardano with agri supply chains verification - and with successful use cases more will come.
