The difficult part is not generating layouts. The difficult part is editable geometry, wall logic, constraints, real-time 2D and 3D sync, and browser-based CAD behavior. We solved that. Most people are focused on whether AI-generated plans look good. We are focused on the infrastructure layer underneath them, and it's open-source. That is the real shift happening here. The barrier to building CAD software is collapsing.

This is entirely open source, built with @opengeometry Kernel and @threejs for rendering. And just to be clear, these are not mesh files. These are BREP models. Everything works in the browser, and it is free to use.
