I think it may be time for us outcasts to start building communities. We need to buy old schools/hospitals/malls and figure out how to depend on each other because we've learned we can't count on the people "leading" us 🙄

I also think they themselves are very tough on criminality within Albania, due to their tribal structure where the possibility of blood vendettas are still very real. As a result all the violent outcasts move to liberal nations to commit crime easier

A person cant defend a country they love and still be in another country? I served 10 years in the US Navy as a Mexican American, Should I go back to my country for being supportive to Mexico or critical of the current government in the US? The US is a country made by immigrants and for immigrants with full religious freedom. Our founding fathers were outcasts and made a country that's for everyone no matter you background as long as you didn't try and take freedom away from others.

If the Players Guide says half-orcs are playable then the DM can either tell players they can't be used, which is a pain, or they can de-evil orcs or at least half-orcs, so the party isn't automatically a band of outcasts for having a half-orc character. Path of least resistance.
