Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Centre (MDMC)
October 19, 2025
The WHO EMT verification team comprising the below undersigned members visited MDMC on October 18–19, 2025 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Using the agreed standards outlined in the document “Classification and Minimum Standards for Emergency Medical Teams” (2021), the team confirms that MDMC has demonstrated to meet the principles and core standards of an internationally deployable EMT, and the technical standards of an organization capable of deploying as an EMT Type 1 Fixed.
The team congratulates MDMC for the great improvement developed during the last months in the clinical, logistics and WASH aspects to meet the minimum standards. We thank them for their organization and support to the verification visit and for their commitment to improving the quality of EMT response.
Yours sincerely,
