やるタイミングを決めてタイマーでやる、をやってみようかな
行き渋りが酷い登園前の5分をタイマーかけてやる、のルーティーンにできたらすごくいいのかも

A common mistake in tax litigation:
Treating every defect during a search as an illegal search.
But the law makes a clear distinction:
⚖️ Illegality of Search
→ The foundation itself fails.
→ No valid authority / no legal satisfaction / no jurisdiction.
⚙️ Irregularity During Search
→ Search had a valid beginning, but procedure was not properly followed.
The real question is not:
“Was there a mistake during the search?”
The real question is:
“Was the search legally authorised from the beginning?”
