Update from our 5 towns Migrant Watch Group ❌❌Fahad Khan…Indecent Exposure Update❌❌ Good morning @everyone I have just spoken with the Outwood Indecent Exposure Victim, who has been contacted by the Police following a request for the Police to contact her due to the second arrest of Khan in Bruntcliffe, Morley. Khan has now been remanded to court and is in custody until the 23rd of September 2025. I would imagine that this is a PCMH hearing…Initial plea and case management hearing. Khan will apply for bail at this hearing but any decision made will be relayed to to victim and she has agreed to give me a full update so we can notify our group and then disseminate that information to our wider community. Point to note… The Outwood Incident was in the press, West Yorkshire Police Website and Yorkshire Evening Post Website… However, to my knowledge nothing has been published regarding the second incident at Bruntcliffe, Morley where Khan committed an identical offence to that in Outwood, this time a minor was present though. Lauryn should have been automatically updated when Khan was arrested a second time but it was only through persistence and her own knowledge through this group, of a second arrest, she contacted the Police herself and demanded an update. Do not think the Police will give you any duty of care…you must demand an update and persist with them for any relevant information. I submitted an FOI for this information yesterday only to receive an automated email this morning stating that it was the wrong department and that it should be directed to an inbox that deals with third party requests. All this obfuscation is down to GDPR and the Police then subsequently hide behind this subversive smokescreen so they don’t have to be accountable anymore. Thank you all for your continued support. I'm a BYU guy (undergrad there and raised a fan), but I got my PhD in Bioenergetics at ECU. I loved my time in Greenville and our first child was born at PCMH. Wish I could be there for the game. I'd be cheering for BYU, but I am so grateful for ECU and hope every other game is a win.
