Bamboo Health, the holder of data for the PDMP, has the first location in Kentucky. The second location is Warsaw, Poland. USA data is sent out of the USA.
There is no disclosure that you are even put into the PDMP.
Your pets are put in the PDMP, under their human.
Drs are afraid to prescribe.
This must stop. Quit attacking us.

Most people don’t know how the PDMP actually work but it strongly influences how MDs prescribe.
I asked RI Health who sets the thresholds/algorithms that flag prescribers as “outliers” and does it align with H 7923?

I’m not in Missouri- but THANK YOU!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Anything that reduces, eliminates- or just even not expands PDMP is appreciated!! It’s horrible. Invasive. Humiliating.
And I don’t believe it has prevented ONE overdose or addiction.
So THANK YOU!

Oh my Gxd. This, combined with the fact that the PDMP in Texas is administered solely by the @TxDPS, i.e., Law Enforcement, sans any Medical Board or qualified persons that I can see, and it truly does explain everything that happened to me personally, and surely 100’s of thousands of others. How many have died?

By a 7-1 vote, the Joint Cmte on Admin. Rules has disproved and halted a rule application to expand MO’s prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) beyond certain medical providers. The expansion would have allowed Marriage Counselors, Social Workers, Interns, and other types of therapists to begin accessing your prescription drug information without your consent.

You might let them know how people with chronic conditions feel about loss of privacy, loss of access to care & the PDMP have changed your life. This committee helped us.

Today your Chair and Vice Chair of MOFC conducted a hearing in JCAR where they prevented an expansion of the PDMP program. These issues must be debated in the legislative process rather than snuck in through the largely unknown (to the public) rulemaking process

Thank you for seeing the comments, seeing the Rule was capricious (536.014, 3), listening to my testimony, and disapproving the Rule. This means so much. Thank you, also, to your LA, Jack.
