Who will speed mog him? He's fast at 185 & powerful. That won't change & he's fighting bigger slower guys. His padwork & sparring has always looked average because that's exactly what it is. Training. He never puts much into it. Ank is basically a HW & he ran through him.

Oof. Dont post anymore padwork from MMA fighters. I look like Floyd Mayweather next to this guy. No speed at all. Pushes his punches. Doesnt brings hands back to guard and doesnt shoot from the chin. Crazy.
