I found this very interesting today. This facility used to be an old folks home. Now it’s Chicano’s por la causa. Is this what happened to increase the elderly homeless population? This is approx 3/4 mile from the PHX DT ZONE! It was an ER and old folks home! @WallStreetApes

Not a fan, but the second poster says "for adults". I'd call this progress. I'd be curious whether keeping vulnerable children and teens out makes the event less appealing to a certain demographic who would otherwise attend.
