Outside of my usual collecting pattern, I collected this 1/1/33 "Legendary" work by @ClaireSilver from the @RSTLSSxyz collection.
I understand RSTLSS has sunset and this work is currently stored on centralized servers, but I was able to download and backup all files to preserve the work, and used @cursor_ai to create a local server to run it offline anytime.
Perhaps the original links will disappear one day, but the ownership will always live on the blockchain, and the files are forever secured in my possession to view the work as it was intended. I wonder, how will this be perceived decades from now? Will the imageless token still hold value as the COA for the offline work?
Time will tell, but this work is a part of Claire's artistic journey and I'm very happy to have it in my collection.
