A little thing called PRINCIPLES, maybe!? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I doubt you'd count yourself amongst 'that lot', but I certainly do, Leilani. Reform made it PERFECTLY CLEAR they wanted nothing to do with us...after I voted for them!
This nonsensical fear-mongering over 'giving Burnham the chance to 'save' the Labour party' is a strange one.
For starters, you'd think people would actually be RELIEVED that someone (ANYONE) might replace the most hated and most TYRANNICAL Prime Minister this country's ever known...but apparently NOT, now!? ๐ค ๐
"But Burnham will come in and win the GE in 2029, so 5 more years of Labour" they screech!...Based on WHAT, exactly? ๐คทโโ๏ธ
If Burnham wins, so be it. 'Better' than Starmer? That's good for the country, right now, but he's not going to convince the country to re-elect Labour in 2029, imo. He's ideologically incapable of such a feat.
Makerfield, also, isn't just about what Reform and Labour want. What about RESTORE's ambitions, Leilani?
Makerfield is an opportunity for Restore to 'burst onto the scene', as it were. It's about building momentum to the point that the msm CAN'T merely continue ignore them, or, just smear them. Even a 15-20% 3rd place would do that. That seems very achievable, regardless of what the polls are predicting.
To the Restore supporters of Makerfield thinking of voting Reform "just this one time, for the 'greater good'", let me explain the 'THANKS' you'd get the VERY NEXT MORNING...
ALL of those people in Reform would immediately be out LAUGHING at your party, saying "we told you, they have NO support...nobody in the UK wants far-right politics, blah blah blah"!
Can you imagine the smug face of Alex Phillips popping up on your social media!? ๐คฎ
You'd be HELPING to KILL Restore's momentum, and actually, practically, ENDORSING Reform!
DO NOT do that, please! ๐
Stay firm in your beliefs. Don't be manipulated by Reform's LIES and PROPAGANDA anymore.
