But is that windows approved by a mafia of local primates or may he be fined? Also the water does not allow to see the front plate properly, we cannot be sure if he's a criminal.

Homecoming Earth is an old cradle planet. Advanced beings come, operate, leave when conditions shift, and are now returning because humans are finally going to space. “No big deal.” Key Timeline (Circumstantial): Smart Insects: 60 million years → left Reptilians/Dinosaurs: ~200 million years → left after meteor Humans: only 0.3 million years but exploded technologically The Anunnaki Return: Came for gold after the last ice age Engineered primates into endurance workers (humans best long-distance stamina) Added Chromosome 2 “Governor” — keeps us smart but not too smart Created hybrids (~3/4 their genetics), very fertile Factions split, built megalithic sites (same tech, different styles) Split languages to prevent coordination When humans became demi-gods → Great Flood reset Post-Flood: Survivors got farming, writing & basic tech, but lost the advanced machines Final sky wars (Mahabharata vimanas) → gods withdrew Now: They’re fully space-faring. Space has unlimited resources — no need to conquer Earth. Nordics (most advanced, human-looking) likely the first to leave the cradle long ago. Current traffic = “Welcome to the spacefarer club.” We’re finally leaving the petri dish. No proof. But nothing disproves it either. The old neighbors are just coming home.

not only that, since these are supposedly random mutations, we'd have wings sprouting, multiple arms and legs, eyes in the back of heads, etc, for all species, not just primates.
