Good morning X 💯
Up at 3:30am like usual, slept pretty decent. Already in the gym by 4:00 and wrapped up push2 by 5:15.
Increased weight on almost every exercise and ran the pace timer I built into my app through the whole session. Eccentrics are now locked at 2.5 seconds, no more speeding up when it starts to burn.
Almost 7am now, another coffee down, food sorted. Work, dad duties and everything else still ahead but the hard part is already done.
