Very impressed with @queueit tool for @britishmuseum Bayeux Tapestry ticket sale today with a predicted time to buy 👍 and email alert ‼️
If only all rock concerts had this 🙏
Ps: started at 17,555 this afternoon
Was online 4:15am from California, trying to book asap as I have a one week trip to the UK coming up this year. Got to the front of the queue - "it's your turn" - then got re-routed to another queue that's muuuch longer, and still waiting in at >5,000 ahead of me. 😭
Waited over 2 hours for @britishmuseum Bayeux Tapestry tickets and was kicked out of the queue after I was redirected and log in. 😭 @queueit your support links don’t work.
I planned an entire trip to London for this!
If I wasn’t in the office, I would be reaching for something harder! If the platform can’t handle 15k members, heaven help us when the booking opens to the general public.. I really wish I could just walk over to the museum and pick up tickets in person (it would be quicker)…
@queueit@britishmuseum What a shambles. 45m sat waiting just to be sent to the back of the queue??? Now next to no indication when I might get the chance to try again.
the annoying thing is once I got back through I managed to find a showing with good seats left but then it wouldn’t let me pay for the tickets. Kept on saying the authentication failed
Ok between @BFI and @queueit someone really shat the bed with the @odysseymovie launch. Everyone who spent time being in virtual line is getting thrown to the back of the queue because they can’t handle the influx. Personally went from spot 1500 to 20.000 🤷♂️ @IMAX@UniversalPics
Après vu l'engouement je crois que s'ils communiquent un horaires ca va être encore pire... deja la a l'aveugles c'est la merde. A moins d'un site au top du top sans aucun soucis..
