THIS is @RichardsonISD! 15 years..2 years in the Child Day Care/Prek, and K-12 all in RISD. This kid is graduating in the top 10% of his class and was awarded over $37,000 in awards & scholarships due to his academics & school involvement. He was early admitted and will attend Texas A&M in the fall. Inchworm Bowling was a huge hit! 🐛🎳 Students experienced success, built confidence through repetition, and had choice by selecting the type of polly spot they wanted to use to create each part of their inchworm. What a day! The weather did a complete 180 and we never had a drop of rain BUT…Plan B ended up being AWESOME. In the words of several 5th graders, “this was our favorite Field Day”! Hula Hoops are my favorite way to help introduce kicking & dribbling! Less time chasing balls and more time focused on the mechanics. We started with some fun kicking challenges and ended with Hula Hoop Soccer Tag…get tagged by a kicked hoop, get a soccer ball, dribble a lap, then rejoin the game. #mhepe #risdmoves #physed #risddreambig
