CLUB STATUS UPDATE Following the decisions taken by the Board of Directors at its meeting on June 15, 2026, our club's roadmap has taken shape. Our club has fully embraced the principle of becoming an Italy-based organization, and all implications of the Turkish-Italian management structure have been carefully considered. As a result of the meetings and consultations held, the Board of Directors and the roadmap have been established as follows. Taking into account his personal commitments and the time he can dedicate to the team, our club president Çağatay Şahin has decided to continue in his role as Founding President and Chief Advisor to the Board of Directors. The presidency will be assumed by Alessandro Valli on behalf of the Board until the next election period. All of the club's operations in Italy will be managed by Stefano Gatti. Corporate communications and social media operations will be managed by Arta Krasniqi. Our Turkish executives will be appointed to their roles in line with the recommendations of our Founding President and based on the departments in which they wish to serve. We have parted ways with all of our existing divisions at the end of their respective seasons. Our team's sole focus will be its CS2, VALORANT, and Fortnite divisions. All sponsorship agreements will continue in accordance with their current end dates. Sponsorships with companies personally supported by our Founding President may be unilaterally terminated should better financial terms become available. Subject to all rights remaining confidential, 51% of the shares of Scuderia VIRA ROCEAN will be transferred to the football operations management company being structured under the leadership of our Founding President. The remaining 49% of the shares has been allocated to the A.S. ROCEAN Calcio sports association established in Italy. Our team will not engage in any operational activity until September 2026. All team start dates are being planned for September 1, 2026. Searches for executive, volunteer, and similar positions within our team will begin on LinkedIn.
