Về công nghệ, mình ưu tiên một tech stack tối giản, linh hoạt và có khả năng scale tốt thay vì dùng quá nhiều công cụ rời rạc. Dưới đây là bộ stack mình đang vận hành:
1. Hệ thống Second Brain & Content Ingestion
Kho lưu trữ (Database): Notion (cho các dự án cần collab, quản lý task trực quan) kết hợp với Obsidian (cho việc viết lách sâu, liên kết các network tư duy dạng Markdown).
Bộ lọc & Thu thập (Capture): Dùng Readwise Reader để gom mọi bài báo, newsletter, file PDF. Công cụ này tự động đồng bộ tất cả highlights và ghi chú về Notion/Obsidian.
2. Hệ thống Tự động hóa & Trí tuệ nhân tạo (Automation & AI)
Đường ống kết nối (Integration): Make (Integromat). Mình ưu tiên Make hơn Zapier vì nó trực quan, xử lý được các logic vòng lặp phức tạp và chi phí tối ưu hơn rất nhiều khi chạy số lượng lớn (high volume).
Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI Engine): Kết nối API của OpenAI (GPT-4o) hoặc Anthropic (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) thông qua Make. LLM sẽ chịu trách nhiệm đọc dữ liệu từ Webhook/RSS, tự động trích xuất từ khóa (keyword extraction), gắn thẻ theo hệ thống PARA, và viết một đoạn tóm tắt 3 dòng trước khi đẩy về database.

this is one of the best workflows I've seen in a long time
in this video he breaks down exactly how most people are building loops wrong:
- the memory file you never set up, so every loop starts from zero
- the sub-agents that 95% of builders have never split apart
- the stop condition setup that keeps loops from running forever and billing you in your sleep
- why writing one prompt a day is the slowest way to use Claude
