@ReadyRefresh is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are like the water mafia. No notification of a delivery until it’s too late to stop it or change it. They admit it’s THEIR FAULT, but again, they won’t stop it or change it. Since I’m out of town and I skipped the delivery which they admit I skipped but for some reason are delivering anyway, I’ll have all my empty bottles with nowhere to take them, because they don’t allow you to drop off empty bottles at their location. You have to have a delivery to get your empty bottles collected. Isn’t that a bit like telling me the only way to cancel a service is to sign up to extend the service? What’s the deal with these morons?

Hey @PolandSpringWtr why does your parent company @ReadyRefresh say that fluoride is “naturally occurring in most water sources” and that is why your water has it, when this is not true and you add it in? Why would you add a neurotoxin to your water?

@PrimoWater @ReadyRefresh I swear you are earning every bad review. You couldn’t deliver my water for 3 months and when I canceled “YOU” scheduled yourselves to pick up the empties 5 times. You couldn’t even do that right. Y’all gotta get it together…

Don’t do business with @ReadyRefresh, Sparkletts, or any of the primo Branda family of companies. They are the worst!!! They service is terrible and they don’t care about their customers. Please RT.
Been a loyal customer for over 25 years and can’t get any help from them. Literally promised my order would arrive today and now I have spend 1 1/2 hrs to reach customer service to reschedule. Again. Don’t do business with this company because they don’t care about you.

Familiar scene in San Diego… @ReadyRefresh destroyed @PrimoWater and if you’re familiar with @nestle buying up water and aquifers is their main gig. Ready Refresh buys reliable water delivery and kills them by making them completely dysfunctional. @Costco buy your brand back!🙏🏼

@PrimoWater is a horrible water delivery company. They merged with ReadyRefresh and are not prepared to handle it. Many customers are having their deliveries rescheduled repeatedly and not getting water for weeks. Customer service makes empty promises that cannot be fulfilled.

I hope really bad things happen to the owners/managers of @primowater and @ReadyRefresh They charged me over $70 for a delivery that hasn't been made. Ihave not gotten water since May from them, and i've been waiting on the phone for 30 mins trying to cancel my account.

They were bought by readyrefresh and now everything is worse than before. We went 2 months without water and then they tried to say it was billing, even though I had proof from my bank account they continued to get their money. And - for the office - we were closed so we didnt get a delivery, they still charged. 😑
